Rotary Club of Rushmoor

Rushmoor Club covers NE Hampshire and neighbouring parts of Surrey (Farnborough, Aldershot, Frimley and Fleet being the primary towns). Other local clubs include Blackwater Valley, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet and Camberley Rotary Clubs.

Music to Picnic in the Park

This event, managed by the Rotary Club of Farnborough, is run every other year and was last run on July 11/12 2009.

Featuring bands playing in King George Vth Field the event raises money for charity and since it started the prime beneficiary has been the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Saturday this year was Tribute Bands (Beatles, Tina Turner and Queen) and Sunday was the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
